RZM-52 Mixing Valve Controller – Precise Management of Heating Circuits

Optimize the performance of your central heating system with the RZM-52, an advanced mixing valve controller from ProND. This versatile device intelligently manages the valve actuator and pump, which means a stable temperature in your home and lower fuel consumption.

Two operating modes: Standalone (Master) or Extended (RS 485)

The RZM-52 controller has been designed with flexibility in mind, so it can work in two configurations:

  1. Standalone mode (Master): Works as an independent device controlling the heating circuit.

  2. Additional module mode (RS 485 ProND): Works with the flagship controllers from Mocek Boilers, such as Iryd 610 and Iryd 620. The connection is made via a standard RJ45 socket.

Two-circuit support and full temperature control

The RZM-52 is an extremely efficient solution: a single module can control two mixing valves at the same time. What's more, each circuit can be connected to:

  • A standard room thermostat.

  • A remote control panel from the PILOT ProND series.

This lets you control the temperature independently in different parts of the building (e.g. underfloor heating on the ground floor and radiators upstairs).
